Discover the five simple steps to crafting meaningful health goals. This process helps you identify general areas for improvement first, then drill down to more specific areas. It also helps you identify and visualize the short term and long term benefits of achieving them, which in turn, brings clarity to the steps needed to accomplish them (i.e. your action plan).

When you have clearly articulated health goals, creating a plan to achieve them becomes a lot easier.
