In this session you learn which key factors interfere with your sleep quality that you need to start tracking, in order to establish a baseline for measuring your progress as you implement the various things you will learn throughout the course of this program.  


Day 2: Optimize Your Sleep Environment  

Your sleep environment plays a big role in how well you sleep, but there are many subtle ways that it can be inadvertently sabotaged. In this session, you discover which obstacles make it difficult for you to either fall asleep or stay asleep --or both-- and how to minimize those disruptions or interruptions. Once you have an idea of what these are for you, then you can take action to eliminate or mitigate them.  


Day 3: Create a Powerful Pre-Sleep Routine
 

Getting a handle on your stress is another critically important thing to do to improve the quality of your sleep. In this session you learn how to create a powerful "Pre-Sleep" night-time wind-down routine to help you address the mental and emotional stresses that can keep you from having a restful sleep.  


Day 4: Establish a Relaxing Bedtime Ritual  

Building on the "Pre-Sleep" routine you created in the previous session, you are presented with four simple things you can choose to do either as you’re getting into bed or once you are in bed, to help you relax even more so you can fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.  


Day 5: Identify Hidden Obstacles to Your Sleep
 

In this final session we talk about the hidden and not-so-hidden obstacles that interfere with your ability to sleep well as they relate to what you eat and drink. You'll learn how the timing of consumption can affect your sleep and what longer term hidden health obstacles may also be contributing to your sleep issues.
